believe that all of you guys were depressed,especially if you're facing various
problems in your life.This might be my #2 How To Guide Edition on my blog and
for this 2nd edition,I'll be telling you about
'How
To Deal With Depression'
It's
hard to deal with it.So here are a few tips from me to you and I hope it helps
;)
- I dont want to offend anyone,but cutting is not the answer.If someone is hurting you,it makes them feel better about themselves to see you hurting yourself.Each of you have a superiority.You are stronger than the blade.You may not know it,but you'll realize it one day.:)
- Try to not break down.I recommend you to make depression journal.It may sound dumb,but I have one and it really helps.Write down everything you feel.
- Try writing a paragraph (or even more) about everything you feel.Express and let it all out.Then,go burn that paper.It makes you feel better somehow :)
- Talk to other person who might have similar problem with you.This can help you alot.Just talking and getting out what's inside is a huge reliever.
Try
to not let anyone get to you.They bully you or mess with you because they are
insecure.If that is happening,say something nice to them.Who knows?You might
change someone's life.
